sparklers don't do this, they burn, they don't have an explosive compound. Even when packed together they will burn intensely. This was probably some sort of bomb, something like tnt or plastic explosives. Even if sparklers would explode, they wouldn't explode because you have wrapped some tape around them. You need to stuff it all into a metal tube closed at both end, now that ladies and gentleman i can tell you, is one hell of a bang. Have fun with that.

I have done this every year for the 4th since i was like 12. it explodes. the tape is what makes them explode like that.... youre an idiot
