eBaum Nation and eBaums World
About eBaums World
Hi Everyone, We get a lot of emails with people confused as to what this site is compared to eBaums World. We originally started eBaums World back in 1998. We were then acquired by a company called ZVUE in 2007. Since then we have sold the site and were let go of all of our positions. We then decided to take everything we knew about working with funny video clips and flash games and build a brand new site. eBaum Nation is run by eBaum and the original staff that started eBaums World. We are focusing on bringing fresh new funny video, funny pics, and flash games every day. While eBaums World still does this, it is our goal to bring crazy video, sexy girls, and flash games of a higher quality to you in a faster manner. eBaums World often features the same content we do, but days after we've featured it first.
eBaums World Today
They are run by a company called ZVUE. We have nothing to do with them. All the original staff works exclusively for eBaum Nation. eBaum's World is currently run out of San Francisco, CA.

eBaum's World (subtitled "Media for The Masses") is a website based in Rochester, New York featuring entertainment media such as videos, Flash cartoons and web games. It is controversial for many reasons, primarily due to the fact that much of the content on the website is taken from other sources without permission and rebranded with the eBaum's World logo. The site was owned by Eric "eBaum" Bauman and co-owned by Bauman's secretary and father, Neil. They sold the site to ZVUE Corporation in August 2008 for $15 million cash and $2.5 million in stock, with further payouts upon performance. [1]
On January 31, 2009, Bauman reported that ZVUE fired him and the rest of the staff and replaced them with a new team. Furthermore, Bauman claimed ZVUE are falsely using his name in connection with new material, making it look as if Bauman is still employed. [2]
